Rashid never gives up! Five years ago I was the owner of a two story attached house in Graniteville, Staten Island. On the ground floor of that house I had my Insurance Agency and a company that provided desert stations at (weddings, university proms, hospital Christmas parties, ) large parties and gatherings.
I was 82 years old at the time and I wanted to sell my businesses, my house and retire to Florida. Rashid first tried to sell everything as a package then he tried to sell the house alone. I couldn't do that. A few years went by and along came Covid, I was forced out of business. Rashid who had kept in touch with me over the years found a buyer for my house and I was able to finally retire to Florida.
